DAY
01:
Arrive in Kathmandu. We will collect you from International airport
and bring you in the hotel. After having welcome drink you will get
time to be refresh. When you will check in to the hotel we will give
you time to rest
DAY 02:
Shopping for trekking look around the heritage city. We can
relax and prepare the next day's trip.
DAY 03:
After breakfast we drive to Jiri by bus, through small villages, past
terraced fields and beautiful scenery. Overnight Jiri.
DAY
04:
We ascend towards The Mali, before descending to Sivalaya where we
the continue on the trail to Deurali (3000m). Overnight Deurali.
DAY
05:
We head straight down to the Thado Khola and cross the suspension
bridge before walking through the river valley to Kinja, where we
ascend to Sete. Overnight Sete.
DAY
06:
We climb up to Lamjura Pass (3500m), which has the first viewpoints
of Everest. We then descend to Junbesi with good views of Gaurishankar,
Number Himal & Dudha Kunda. Overnight Junbesi
DAY 07:
We walk up a sloping trail to Solung, where we begin to descend to
the Ringmo Khola before ascending to the Taksindo Pass and then descending
to Nunthala. Overnight Nunthala.
DAY
08:
From Nunthala the descent continues to the Dudh Koshi (Milk
River) where we then ascend through several Sherpa villages, terraced
fields and forests to Khari Khola. Overnight Khari Khola.
Day 09:
We climb towards Puiyan through Sherpa villages and a forest inhabited
by monkeys, passing through a narrow canyon before arriving at Puiyan.
Overnight Puiyan.
DAY
10:
The trail climbs from Puiyan to a ridge at 2800 metres, before a gradual
ascent to the final ridge, where we descend to Surke following the
trail towards Phakding. Overnight Phakding.
DAY
11:
From Phakding we head up the valley, beside the Dudh Kosi, to Sagamartha
National Park. We continue upstream along the riverbank to the confluence
of the Bhote Kosi and Dudh Kosi. From where we begin our ascent to
Namche Bazaar, which has fantastic photographic opportunities as the
peaks of Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8511m), Nuptse (7879m), Arna Dablam
(6856m) and Taweche (6542m) come into view for the first time. Overnight
Namche Bazaar.
DAY
12:
Today is a full free day to rest and acclimatise at your
leisure. You can climb to the ridge above Namche, where you will
be rewarded with a stunning sunrise or sunset over the panorama
of the Khumbu peaks. There is also an opportunity to explore this
colourful town and visit the National Park Headquarters. Overnight
Namche Bazaar.
Day
13:
Today
we walk along a very pleasant trail under the soaring peak to Thamserku
and steadily descending to the Imja river and lunch at Phungi tanga
where there are a series of water driven prayer wheels. In the afternoon,
we climb steadily for about 2 hours to Thyangboche Monastery (3875m)
and the views from here are magnificent. The Monastery is literally
surrounded by mountains. Yaks graze on the small meadow and the
monks drone through their prayers. Surely, this is one of the most
beautiful spots in the world.

14 :
We
move up the Imja river valley to Pangboche (3900m). We stop here
for lunch and visit the Monastery and look at the 'Yeti Sculpt'.
In the afternoon we continue on to the summer village of Dingboiche
(4360m). The scenery all day is superb.
Day
15:
Another
rest and acclimatization day at Dingboche. This rest and acclimatization
day should give you an excellent chance of ascending Kala Pathar,
the Base Camp of the Everest. From these yak herders' village, there
are a number of interesting excursions. A 2 hours walk to the huts
at Chukung (4700m) will take you to the glaciers flowing off Nuptse
and Lhostse
Day
16:
We
walk up a small ridge and then contour around the base of the Khumbu
Glacier and have a light lunch at Dhungla (4600m) From here, we
have a short steep climb to the terminal moraine of the glacier
from where the views are stunning. We contour round the moraine
again to stop night at the foot of the Lobuje Ice Fall (4930m).
Day
17:
Today, we climb Kala Pathar. The actual distance is not so far but
we take it very slowly to compensate for the altitude stopping at
Gorekh Shep (5288m) for a light lunch. We then take the climb to
Kala Pathar (5545m). This is a hard pull but the view from top surpasses
anything you can imagine. All around us flow huge glacier ice. The
mountains of Pumori (7145m), Lingtren (6697m) and Khumbutse (6623m)
separate us from Tibet, and just over the Lho La pass. We see the
huge rock of Changtse (7550m) in Tibet itself. But the queen of
them all- Sagarmatha (Everest) towers over everyone. This is the
Roof of the World. We return to gorekshep for our night.
Day
18:
Today we hike to Everest base camp, takes 3 hour and deciding to
goreshep then we will have lunch.
We retrace our steps along the glacier to Pheriche (4260m) and stop
for night.

19:
Descending
to Pangboche we decent to Tengboche for lunch. Excellent views all-day
and we will come down to Namche (3500m).
Day
20:
Descending,
pass through Joresalle to Phakding today. We have easy day today.
We will walk for 3 hours

21:
Today we descend to the village called Surkhe throught the beautiful
Village
Day
22:
It’s a very beautifull area and people looks very happy so
it will be very interesting walk.
Day
23:
Today we descend to the village called Nunthala. Nunthala means
territory of salt. The water is bit salty in that area.
Day
24:
- 26:
It’s a same rout we are coming back to catch
the bus to Kathmandu. We arrive at Deaureli to spend night.
Day
27:
Today is our last day for walking so we climb down to jiri to cath
the bus to Kathmandu, which will start tommorow.

28:
Drive dack to Kathmandu, today we take early bus from jiri.
It will take a full day arrive in Kathmandu
Day
29:
Today we have free day in Kathmandu. We can do last shopping in
Kathmandu. We just taking rest today
Day
30:
Our tour ends today. We take a transfer to airport and departure.
