DAY
01:
Arrive in Kathmandu. We will collect you from International airport
and bring you in the hotel. After having welcome drink you will get
time to be refresh. When you will check in to the hotel we will give
you time to rest
DAY 02:
Shopping for trekking look around the heritage city. We can
relax and prepare the next day's trip.
DAY 03:
After breakfast we drive to Jiri by bus, through small villages, past
terraced fields and beautiful scenery. Overnight Jiri.
DAY
04:
We ascend towards The Mali, before descending to Sivalaya where we
the continue on the trail to Deurali (3000m). Overnight Deurali.
DAY 05:
We head straight down to the Thado Khola and cross the suspension
bridge before walking through the river valley to Kinja, where we
ascend to Sete. Overnight Sete.
DAY 06:
We climb up to Lamjura Pass (3500m), which has the first viewpoints
of Everest. We then descend to Junbesi with good views of Gaurishankar,
Number Himal & Dudha Kunda. Overnight Junbesi
DAY 07:
We walk up a sloping trail to Solung, where we begin to descend to
the Ringmo Khola before ascending to the Taksindo Pass and then descending
to Nunthala. Overnight Nunthala.
DAY 08:
From Nunthala the descent continues to the Dudh Koshi (Milk
River) where we then ascend through several Sherpa villages, terraced
fields and forests to Khari Khola. Overnight Khari Khola.
Day 09:
We climb towards Puiyan through Sherpa villages and a forest inhabited
by monkeys, passing through a narrow canyon before arriving at Puiyan.
Overnight Puiyan.
DAY 10:
The trail climbs from Puiyan to a ridge at 2800 metres, before a gradual
ascent to the final ridge, where we descend to Surke following the
trail towards Phakding. Overnight Phakding.
DAY 11:
From Phakding we head up the valley, beside the Dudh Kosi, to Sagamartha
National Park. We continue upstream along the riverbank to the confluence
of the Bhote Kosi and Dudh Kosi. From where we begin our ascent to
Namche Bazaar, which has fantastic photographic opportunities as the
peaks of Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8511m), Nuptse (7879m), Arna Dablam
(6856m) and Taweche (6542m) come into view for the first time. Overnight
Namche Bazaar.
DAY 12:
Today is a full free day to rest and acclimatise at your
leisure. You can climb to the ridge above Namche, where you will be
rewarded with a stunning sunrise or sunset over the panorama of the
Khumbu peaks. There is also an opportunity to explore this colourful
town and visit the National Park Headquarters. Overnight Namche Bazaar.
Day 13:
From Namche we follow a small trail high above the Dudh Kosi River,
and are rewarded with incredible mountain views. On a small ridge
across the valley, the monastery of Thengboche can be seen. We descend
to Khumjung, a beautiful small village where it is possible to sample
the local Sherpa hospitality. Overnight Khumjung.
Day 14 :
We descend to the village of Shanasa and then Trashinga, where the
trail drops steeply to cross the Dudh Kosi at Phukitenga (3250m).
We initially climb steeply before the trail levels out to a more gradual
ascent to Thengboche. Thengboche is set in a beautiful meadow, high
on a ridge surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks and is famous for
the Thengboche Monastery. Overnight Thengboche.
Day 15:
We descend through a forest of birch, fir, juniper and rhododendron,
to the nunnery at Deboche. We cross the Imja Khola ascending gradually,
with Ama Dablam dominating the skyline, following the trail that climbs
over glacial moraine to Dingboche. Overnight Dingboche.
Day 16:
Today we have a full day for acclimatisation and exploring. Dingboche
is a beautiful patchwork of small fields enclosed by stonewalls, which
protect the crops from the strong winds. Those looking for a pleasant
walk can head up the valley towards Chukung, where the views are fantastic.

Day 17:
We are now well above the tree line as we follow the trail to Dusa
where we begin our climb of the Khumbu Glacier. Following the moraine
of the glacier, with views of Kalar Pattar and Pumori, we finally
reach Lobuche (4930m). Overnight Lobuche
Day 18:, 19:
DEarly this morning we begin our trek, which can prove to be both
mentally and physically demanding. Above Lobuche, we follow the path
to reach Gorak Shep, from where it is a short walk to Kala Pattar
(5630m), a small, rocky peak on the southwest ridge of Pumori - the
scenery is fantastic! It is a hard climb, but the view from the top
surpasses the wildest imagination. Huge creaking glaciers surround
us and classic views of Everest greet you. Overnight Gorak Shep and
Lobuche.
Day
20:
After
our tiring ascent to Kala Pattar, today is an easier walk in the
lower altitudes. Returning to Dughla we take a different return
trail. From Dughla we follow the wide, alpine valley covered in
scrub juniper, through the temporary settlement of Phulung Karpo
(4343m), and onto Pheriche. We Continue down to Orsho, then on through
Lower Pangboche and down to Deboche, before reaching our lodge at
Thengboche. Overnight Thengboche
Day
21:
We leave Thengboche on a trail through forests of juniper, rhododendron
and fir to Phunkitenga, and then continue on to cross the Dudh Kosi.
At Shanasa we make our way back to Namche Bazaar, following a steep
path via Jorsale and Monjo. Overnight Monjo.
Day
22:
This morning we continue our descent along the Dudh Kosi, before
making a final ascent to reach the Lukla plateau. On arrival in
Lukla we have time to relax and celebrate the completion of our
trek. Overnight Lukla.
Day
23:
Fly back to Kathmandu.Today we fly from lukla in the morning so
we will have half day for rest

24:
Today we have free day in Kathmandu. We can do last
shopping in Kathmandu. we just taking rest today,
Day
25:
Our tour ends today. We take a transfer to airport and departure
