DAY
01:
When you arrive in Kathmandu, you'll be taken to your hotel. While
in Kathmandu you will have time fascinating Buddhist and Hindu temples
and shrines reflecting ancient local traditions are highlighted
on our guided tour. There's time to explore the city's many charms
on your own too. In the evening delicious traditional Nepali well
come dinner await for you. O/N in Kathmandu.
DAY 02:
After breakfast, we'll visit Swayambhunath temple, and
said to be 2000 years stupa on a hillock offers breath-taking view
of Kathmandu City. We will then processed to Visit Pasupatinath
and Bouddhanath. After lunch we'll visit Kathmandu Durbar Square,
Patan (Lalitpur) - which is the oldest of the three major cities
in Kathmandu Valley - famous for its Buddhist monuments and Hindu
temples, and you can catch the traditional artisans working with
wood, stones and metals. O/N in Kathmandu. O/N in KTM.
Pre-departure meeting is held the evening prior to your departure
at our Kathmandu sales office, 6pm.
DAY 03:
7:00 am meet at our Sales Office - store extra luggage. Breakfast,
(not included). Drive to Sukute (69km). Lunch. Drive to put- in
(22km). Load rafts - safety briefing depart.
The
first day provides about three and half hour of pure heart pumping
adrenaline. After a long series of class 3 rapids we drop into the
first class 4 rapid, " Gerbil in the Plumbing". From here
there is a stretch of class 3 whitewater and then we come to the
crux of the day, which is a long, technical rapid, "Frog in
a Blender". A long series of class 3+/4 rapids lead us into
one of the guide’s favorites, "Carnal Knowledge of a
Deviant Nature". The remaining ten kilometers of river is a
non-stop series of technical class 3 and 4 drops. The river flows
through a beautiful narrow canyon with lush green vegetation and
waterfalls coming in from the steep stone walls. At the bottom of
this stretch is the village of Barabise, our take out. .
DAY
04:
Breakfast, pack gear and drive up stream for another action packed
day. Lunch on the river before continuing to the previous days take
out. From here the action increases as we head down towards the
steep and technical rapids of the, "The Great Wall". From
here rapid follows rapid; "Liquid Bliss", "Fake Right
Go Left" and "My God, What To Do?" culminate with,
"Dazed And Confused". Without a doubt this is some of
the finest whitewater rafting to be had anywhere. Once gear is loaded
it’s a shot drive to Sukute Resort, time for a cold beer before
returning to KTM.
DAY
05:
Overland drive & arrive Chitwan national park.we do have some
acctivities today in chitwan. Upon arrival, lunch will be served,
rooms assigned and there will be a short briefing on the program
and our facilities.
4:00 PM: Tharu Culture tour which will give you lots of idea about
Tharu people who are the native in Chitwan.
7:00 PM: Dinner in the central dining hall. After dinner one of
our jungle experts will introduce background data and history of
the Royal Chitwan National Park as well as some other topics relating
to wildlife. Your questions are most welcome.
DAY
06:
Full day safari activities in Chitwan such as elephant ride, jungle
walk, Canoe ride.
5:30
AM: Wake-up call followed by tea or coffee, then proceed on a Nature
Walk. This encounter on foot with the environment will introduce
the main features of eastern Chitwan. Sal forest, open grassland
and riverine jungle. Our guides will help you identify some species
of birds, plants and other wildlife that you may encounter.
8:30 AM: Breakfast
9:30 AM: Elephant ride programme: Learn more about these fascinating
animals during a visit to our elephant stables.(For the brave ones
there is even a crash course in riding and leading the elephants)
1.00 PM: Lunch Remaining hours before the afternoon program: take
a dip in the pool, or relax on your verandah. Hammocks and the library
are at your disposal.
4:00 PM: Canoeing :A traditional dug-out canoe takes you on a silent
trip down the Rapti river to view aquatic birds and the animals
of the river banks.walk back to resort through the Jungle.It is
known as a jungle walk which is one of the most exiting programe
in Chitwan.
7:00 PM: Tharu Stick dance: Farmers of the nearby villages will
show some of their traditional skills and dances.
8:00 PM: Dinner around the campfire

07:
Some activities in chitwan in the morning & drive to Kathmandu.

AM: Bird Watching after early morning tea/coffee.
8.00 AM: Breakfast
9.00 AM: Luggage down and departure at 9.30 AM. to Kathmandu

The actual program for your stay, will be given to you
on arrival at Resort camp. The activities are adjusted to the length
of your stay, the season and present weather conditions. Naturally,
it may not always be possible to follow this schedule to the minute
and the circumstances may force us to alter the program at short
notice. On safari in the jungle you will be accompanied by expert
naturalists who will advise on safety procedures and we request
you to respect their judgement at all times. If you wish to stroll
in the forest alone, a guide will have to accompany you for your
safety.

Rest day in Kathmandu
DAY 09:
After breakfast, you're free before airport drop for your
final departure.
